Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimums, no codes.
We currently ship to the United States only. (If you'd like Keirwell shipped to your country, let us know at — it helps us decide where to expand.)
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–11 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner, but carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally extend this window.
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–14 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with tracking. Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show its first scan after dispatch — that's normal.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window above:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status.
- Check with household members and neighbors — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early.
- Still nothing? Email with your order number.
If your package is lost in transit or never arrives, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy for details.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can usually correct an address before the order ships, but not after. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, though we'll always do our best to help recover them.
